Our training’s are tailored to the specific needs of individual companies, community and congregational groups. The program uses simulations and other exercises to create and facilitate learning that leads to change.

Retreat Center

The Russ Ewald Center is located in South Minneapolis and offers two floors of dormitory style housing, handicap accessible bathrooms with private showers, a lounge,  large gathering spaces, conference rooms and a kitchen. The Russ Ewald Center is available for rental to local and traveling groups.
